Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers


What You Need:

  • 3 jalapeños
  • 6 pieces of bacon
  • 1 package cream cheese 


What To Do:

  Cut jalapeños in half, remove seeds.**
     (Wash hands thoroughly and careful to not touch your eyes)

  Fill the halves with cream cheese

  Wrap halves with 1 piece of bacon each

  Place on foil lined baking sheet or dish

Bake at 450° for 20* minutes
*25 minutes for extra crispy bacon


You could even throw them on the grill
Cook on medium until bacon is done






 **Once you cut the jalapeño half just scoop the seeds out with a spoon- do not rinse! For some reason whenever I rinse the inside with water it makes my eyes water and I get all choked up so now I just rinse the outside of the jalapeño-not the inside.
